The Week prints from one more centre - Chennai
The latest issue of THE WEEK was printed from Chennai, in addition to the regular printing centres in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kottayam
Unfazed by disruption of distribution channels in the time of the coronavirus virus, THE WEEK has started printing the English news magazine from one more metropolis. The latest issue of THE WEEK was printed from Chennai, in addition to the regular printing centres in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kottayam.
Until now, the printing centre in Bengaluru was supplying copies of the magazine for distribution in the Chennai region.
The quick move by the magazine to add a new printing centre comes when some other magazines have suspended printing and confined themselves to online editions.
"There was no question of stopping the printing," said V S Jayaschandran, Editor in Charge of the magazine. "THE WEEK has never skipped printing an issue in the 38 years of its existence, starting 1982, and we wish to preserve this unbroken tradition."For more updates, be socially connected with us on
