TT Jagannathan, Chairman Emeritus of the TTK Group and the pioneer behind Prestige Cookers, passed away today in Bengaluru.
A gold medallist from IIT Madras, he revolutionised the pressure cooker industry with the ‘gasket release system’, making Prestige synonymous with safety and reliability in millions of homes.
A visionary industrialist and a true innovator, his legacy will live on in every Indian kitchen. May his soul rest in peace. Om Shanti. LSTN.
He was also referred to as the 'Kitchen Mogul' and was on the board of TTK Prestige for five decades.
