‘Bhaskar Das’s passing a personal big loss’

Deeply saddened, and with a very heavy heart witnessed the final rituals for our beloved BD performed by his son Uditvanu aka Rik.
BD in his usual style was dressed in nice mutli-coloured socks, wearing a redish pink trouser and sporting his fancy glasses and giving us all that look, seemed unreal.
The Banganga crematorium, Walkeshwar was thronged by the Times Parivar, ad fraternity and friends to give him a grand farewell. Personally, a big loss for me and Jayshree.
He told us that he was waiting for us to shift to Bombay soon so that he could spend more quality time together. A great friend and colleague of four decades. Will miss him for ever. Rest in peace, my friend.
