YAAP Digital Limited closed FY26 with a near doubling of Profit After Tax, a milestone that Chairman and Managing Director Atul Hegde describes as validation of the company's long term strategy to build a technology powered, independent marketing network.
The company reported Profit After Tax of ₹22.20 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026, up 97.95 percent from ₹11.22 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations grew 21.2 percent to ₹184.89 crore, while total income rose 22.23 percent to ₹188.73 crore.
For Hegde, the numbers tell a larger story than financial growth alone. "FY26 was a defining year for YAAP. We strengthened our market position, delivered robust financial performance, and successfully completed our listing on NSE Emerge. The 98 percent year on year growth in Profit After Tax reflects the strength of our business model, deepening client relationships and disciplined execution across every vertical," he said.
The performance comes at a time when brands increasingly seek integrated solutions spanning content, influencer marketing, digital media and technology rather than fragmented agency engagements. Hegde believes this shift is creating opportunities for companies capable of delivering outcomes across the entire marketing value chain.
From day one, our North Star has been clear to build India's first truly homegrown independent agency network. Guided by our 3D philosophy of Design, Discovery and Distribution, we will continue to bring together data, content and AI powered technology to create greater value for brands and creators. Through strategic acquisitions, deeper AI integration, proprietary technology and geographic expansion, we are building the agency of the future, scaled by tech, powered by creativity and built for long term growth," Hegde said.
The growth comes as YAAP continues to scale its footprint across the marketing ecosystem. The company now serves more than 200 brands, employs over 400 professionals and operates across eight locations.
The statement offers a glimpse into the company's next phase of growth. Having nearly doubled profit in FY26 while expanding its client base and market presence, YAAP is now positioning itself for scale through acquisitions, technology investments and geographic expansion. The strategy reflects a broader ambition to evolve from a digital marketing company into a full stack, technology enabled agency network capable of serving brands across the entire consumer engagement journey.
