French luxury fashion house Dior has roped in actor Sonam Kapoor as its new brand ambassador. The brand announced that Kapoor will represent the brand’s collection designed by its creative director Maria Garzia Chiuri.

Kapoor is the first South Asian Global Ambassador of the French luxury brand.
The actor is among the most fashionable stars of Bollywood and has been lauded for her eclectic sartorial choices.
Last month, Alia Bhatt was crowned as the global brand ambassador for Loreal Paris. Bhatt also represents the luxury brand Gucci.
