Rajeev Beotra, Executive Director at HT Media Ltd, has joined the jury panel of the prestigious e4m Revenue Leaders 40under40 Awards. A seasoned industry leader with over 24 years of experience in media and advertising, Beotra leads the revenue, advertising and distribution at the organisation. He has joined the panel alongside an impressive lineup of dignitaries and visionaries from advertising, marketing and media world.

The e4m Revenue Leaders 40under40 Awards aim to recognise and celebrate emerging young leaders under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions to revenue generation in their respective fields. The inaugural edition of the awards is set to be held in February 2025. Beotra inclusion in the jury board brings immense value to the selection process.

Beotra has a distinguished track record in the media sector, with past leadership roles at companies such as HT Media and Star TV. Known for his innovative approach and deep industry insights, Beotra is expected to bring a valuable perspective to the evaluation process, helping identify the most promising young revenue leaders.

Rajeev Beotra serves as the Executive Director at HT Media Ltd since November 2019. Prior to that, Beotra was the CEO at Hindustan Media Ventures Limited from March 2018 to November 2019. Before that Beotra took over reins at HT English, effective from December 2016 where he was responsible for the P&L of HT English including Delhi, Mumbai, Punjab and other editions and will report to Rajiv Verma, CEO of HT Media Limited. In his previous stints, he was with Star India as President of Ad Sales for 3 years.

Beotra is a seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience across various industries and geographies. At Star, he also managed the digital revenues for Hotstar for sports properties. Beotra spearheaded the creation of the revenue model for new domestic leagues such as Indian Super League and Pro Kabaddi League, and the IPL digital revenue model, and led the sales organisation restructuring across the sports and entertainment organisations, as well as the sales automation initiative.

During his career, Beotra has worked in FMCG companies, including Avon, Whirlpool, Coca-Cola and Asian Paints where he led diverse portfolios across sales, operations, strategy, commercial and trade marketing.
