While many believe Covid-19 has been a great leveller, others believe it has once again reignited the Network vs Independent agency debate. With revenue pressures on the creative agencies increasing by the day with more and more clients deciding to reduce ad spends in the face of the looming uncertainty, it has become a question of the survival of the fittest amongst the agencies, say experts.

In the second episode of IMPACT’s weekly webinar series, Creative Talks, an esteemed panel of experts will discuss the topic, ‘Network agencies vs. Independents’. The objective of the virtual discussion is to explore who will be able to keep their head above water better - Network agencies or Independents.

The virtual event will discuss the future of both network and independent agencies in the COVID-19 situation while addressing issues like salary cuts, furloughs and permanent staff reductions. It will also address the question raised by the ongoing pandemic, where will the key component of all agencies - ‘talent’ - suffer the most, at independent agencies or the bigger network agencies?

The panellists will include Rohit Ohri, Group Chairman and CEO, FCB India; Virat Tandon, Group CEO, Mullen Lowe Lintas Group; Raj Kamble, Founder and CCO, Famous Innovations; Amit Akali, Managing Partner and Chief Creative Officer, What's Your Problem; Hemant Misra, Managing Director, MagicCircle Communications Pvt Ltd. The session will be moderated by Neeta Nair, Assistant Editor, IMPACT Magazine.

The session will be live on the e4m official Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube feeds and on on July 1, 2020 at 5pm. To register for the webinar, click here.
