  • GetVantage, a Mumbai-based B2B fintech platform for MSMEs, has raised Rs. 63 crore in a Series A1 funding round, increasing its total funding capacity to over Rs. 700 crore.
  • The funding, anchored by banking veteran Rajeev Ahuja and investment firm SanRaj Group, aims to enhance GetVantage's Capital Gateway, an API ecosystem that integrates financing options into B2B e-commerce platforms.
  • GetVantage's approach to financing utilizes alternative data and predictive analytics, allowing for cash flow-based underwriting, which reduces barriers for small businesses seeking growth capital.
  • The company plans to establish strategic partnerships with digital ecosystems to further its mission of providing flexible financing solutions to underserved enterprises in India.

GetVantage, India’s premier B2B fintech platform for MSMEs, today announced its latest funding round, securing Rs. 63 crore in hybrid capital (equity+debt). This Series A1 round elevates Mumbai-based GetVantage’s total committed funding capacity over Rs. 700 crore, scaling its mission to power and fund small businesses across India.

Dubbed a Scale Capital round, the fundraise marks a key milestone in the company's evolution from pioneering revenue-based financing to becoming a comprehensive, embedded cash-flow financing platform for small businesses.

The round brings together institutional banking expertise and tech-operator experience. It was anchored by 30-year banktech veteran Rajeev Ahuja, RBL Bank former MD and operator-led investment firm SanRaj Group, alongside continued strong backing from marquee institutional investors Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund, and VCMint.

The fresh injection is expected to unlock hundreds of crores in operational debt capital from GetVantage’s financial institution partners. The funds will be deployed to scale GetVantage’s Capital Gateway, a plug-and-play API ecosystem that lets B2B e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics hubs embed financing options directly into their merchant ecosystems, the same way a payment gateway lets a business accept money.

Speaking on the development, Bhavik Vasa, Founder, GetVantage, said,"We pioneered cash flow-based financing in India, but our vision was always much larger. Our growth and momentum validate our evolution into India's Capital Gateway: just as payment gateways support a small business to accept digital payments, Capital Gateway supports small businesses to access working capital instantly and seamlessly. Having industry stalwarts like Rajeev Ahuja, Rajdip Gupta alongside marquee VCs like Chiratae Ventures gives us the institutional fuel to accelerate this mission and redefine B2B credit access."

While traditional lending often relies heavily on collateral and rigid historical data, GetVantage utilizes alternate data and predictive analytics to underwrite businesses based on actual cash flows. This approach lets GetVantage drastically reduce the friction Indian founders and SMEs face when seeking growth capital.

Rajeev Ahuja, a banking stalwart with over three decades in institutional banking, who joins the round as an investor, echoed this confidence in the business;

"The next decade of India's growth relies on unlocking credit for millions of MSMEs, a massive-scale challenge that cannot be solved by traditional banking models alone. GetVantage has built a robust, tech-first infrastructure that bridges this gap seamlessly. I am excited to anchor this round and support a platform that is redefining embedded cash-flow financing with institutional-grade rigor."

GetVantage offers a full suite of cash-flow-based financing, term loans, business loans, and merchant cash advances tailored to small business operating cycles. By replacing traditional balance-sheet constraints with a data-driven distribution stack, the platform directly solves India’s ₹30 Lakh Crore MSME credit gap, catalyzing the nation’s Viksit Bharat ambitions.

This expansion directly aligns with recent Government calls for customized credit, echoing the Finance Minister’s stance that "standard products cannot serve non-standard businesses." As policymakers push for cash flow underwriting, co-lending, and digital initiatives, GetVantage’s Capital Gateway provides the vital digital infrastructure to orchestrate institutional capital and power underserved enterprises nationwide.

Rajdip Gupta of SanRaj Group, who co-led the round alongside Chiratae Ventures, pointed to the operator experience: "As founders backing founders, we recognize the immense friction small businesses face in accessing flexible scale capital. GetVantage's API-driven Capital Gateway is an absolute game-changer for digital merchant ecosystems. We are thrilled to back Bhavik and the team as they build a true category creator in the B2B fintech space."

In the coming months, GetVantage will announce several strategic seller-financing partnerships with leading digital ecosystems, further cementing its position as the preferred embedded finance partner for platforms looking to supercharge their merchants' growth.
