GCPL sees 10% QoQ increase in ad spends during July-Sept FY25

Godrej Consumer Products Limited (GCPL) recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2024.
The conglomerate has spent Rs 363.95 crore on advertisement and publicity during the quarter, less 0.5% than last year’s Q2. However, the QoQ growth stands at 10%.
The revenue from operations for the FMCG company is Rs 3666 crore for the July-Sept quarter, 1.77% higher than same quarter last year.
GCPL’s total income has seen 2.29% YoY increase. While Q2 consolidated EBITDA has increased 8% Y-o-Y, consolidated net profit grew by 12% Y-o-Y.
In terms of global performance, Indonesia’s volumes grew by 7% and sales grew by 11% in constant currency terms, YoY. Furthermore, Africa, the US and Middle East (organic) sales declined by 10% in INR terms and was flat in constant currency terms YoY. Latin America and others sales grew by 36% YoY.
