One of the key highlights of the conference is a panel discussion on the topic ‘Marketing to Gen Alpha: What Brands Must Prepare For?’. Experts will delve into how Gen Alpha is growing up in an environment shaped by iPads, YouTube, AR/VR, and voice assistants, and are redefining expectations for digital experiences. During the discussion, speakers will explore how Gen Alpha’s shorter attention spans are paired with a demand for seamless, intuitive, and high-quality tech interactions. The panel will also highlight how this generation shows a strong preference for sustainability, inclusivity, and purpose-led brands.
Some other key topics of discussion include the emerging influence of kidfluencers and the need for safe, well-regulated creator ecosystems will also be discussed during the panel discussion, reflecting how content consumption patterns among children are reshaping marketing strategies and more.
The panellists are Arkaprava Ray, SVP & Head, Marketing Strategy, HSBC; Reeti Nageshri, Head of Business Operations & Strategy, Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd.; Udit Malhotra, Head of Marketing, JSW MG Motor India; Pallavi Mishra, Head, Consumer Market Insights (CMI), L’Oréal and Gaurav Dagaonkar, CEO & Co-founder, Hoopr. The panel will be moderated by Niraj Ruparel, Creative Technology Lead, WPP.
With rising concerns surrounding privacy, parental controls, and ethical advertising, the discussion will address the challenges brands must overcome to responsibly engage this young audience. The panel of industry experts will also look ahead to Gen Alpha’s transition into independent consumers by 2030, explaining why marketers must start investing now in AI-driven experiences, AR innovations, gaming integrations, and metaverse-ready campaigns. Through these deep insights, the panel featuring industry leaders and business heads, will offer a roadmap for brands preparing to unlock the potential of this next-generation consumer base.
