With the digital and social media gaining prominence by the day, brands have increasingly turned towards influencers for their products. Influencers share a real connection with the youth which helps in providing brands with an edge over others. In these testing times, with Digital being the most convenient option for people locked indoors, Influencer marketing has taken a centre stage now more than ever.

With budget restrictions and tight ad spends, brands have been restoring to Influencer marketing. This had added immense pressure on influencers and content creators, who are now expected to deliver content and visible results with limited resources from the comfort of their homes.

e4m Content Jam will bring together social media influencers and content creators to discuss how brands are leveraging influencers amidst COVID-19. The session will be moderated by Gurpreet Singh, Co-Founder and COO, One Digital Entertainment. His company is a digital content platform that caters to the needs of independent content creators. The panellists of this power-packed session include Stand Up Comedian Atul Khatri, Singer and Influencer Dhvani Bhanushali, and popular content creators like Beyounick, Harsh Beniwal, Larissa D’Sa and Nikhil Sharma.

The panel will explore topics such as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the influencer community and the comparison of content consumption in pre-COVID and now. With an overdose of content available today, the session will also discuss what can classify as good content and the challenges Influencers face while trying to monetise their content.

Consumers have no option but to view whatever content is available online. However, this brings out the question of whether home gigs would continue to keep fans glued even once the lockdown is lifted entirely and things start to normalise. Lastly, the panel will also address aspiring young digital Influencers with useful tips at their disposal.
