Sports and fitness brand Boldfit has raised over Rs 400 crore in a Series B funding round led by Bharat Value Fund, managed by The Wealth Company Alternates, part of Pantomath Group, according to a media report.
Existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners also participated in the round.
The company plans to deploy the capital towards expanding its retail footprint across India, strengthening manufacturing capabilities and investing in product development. It will also explore acquisitions to broaden its product portfolio and build additional business capabilities.
The latest fundraise follows its Series A round in 2024, when Boldfit secured Rs 110 crore from Bessemer Venture Partners.
