- Value 360 Communications has entered into a ₹4.74 crore annual public relations services agreement with Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited, effective from September 1, 2026, to August 30, 2027.
- The contract, structured as a monthly retainer, represents approximately 6.9% of Value 360's consolidated revenue for FY26, which was ₹68.96 crore.
- This agreement follows Value 360's listing on the NSE's SME platform in May 2026 and marks a significant addition to its client portfolio as the agency expands its integrated communications capabilities.
- The partnership aligns with Amazon's ongoing investments in its India operations, including a commitment to invest over $35 billion by 2030 in areas such as AI-driven digitization and job creation.
Value 360 Communications has secured a ₹4.74 crore annual public relations services agreement with Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited, according to a regulatory disclosure by the communications firm.
The engagement is structured as a monthly retainer and will run from September 1, 2026 to August 30, 2027. The mandate was disclosed by Value 360 under the regulatory framework governing material business developments.
The account adds Amazon Development Centre to Value 360 Communications' client portfolio at a time when the agency is expanding its integrated communications capabilities across public relations and digital communications.
Contract comes months after Value 360's market debut
The Amazon mandate comes shortly after Value 360 Communications was listed on the NSE's SME platform in May 2026. The company was incorporated in 2009 and operates primarily in PR and digital communications.
Value 360 reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹68.96 crore for FY26, up from ₹54.57 crore in FY25, while profit after minority interest rose to ₹9.90 crore from ₹5.73 crore during the same period, according to its directors' report.
The ₹4.74 crore Amazon engagement is equivalent to roughly 6.9% of the company's FY26 consolidated revenue, providing a sizeable annual account within its latest reported revenue base. The contract value, however, should not be treated as revenue recognised upfront, as the agreement is spread across the 12-month engagement period.
Amazon continues to expand its India operations
The mandate also comes as Amazon continues to make investments in its India business. In April 2026, Amazon India announced an investment of more than ₹2,800 crore towards associate safety and wellbeing and strengthening its pan-India operations network. The company has also said it plans to invest more than $35 billion in India by 2030, with focus areas including AI-driven digitisation, exports and job creation.
For Value 360, the Amazon engagement represents a significant new annual retainer and comes as the company builds out its business following its public listing. The agreement is currently disclosed specifically for public relations services, with the regulatory information not detailing the individual scope of campaigns or communications mandates under the account.
