After 16 years with IPG Mediabrands, Andrea Suarez has exited the network, reports Adweek. Suarez most recently served as Global CEO of UM Worldwide until November 2024, before shifting into a regional role as Chair of IPG Mediabrands LATAM.

Throughout her tenure, Suarez held several key leadership positions across the network, including CEO of IPG Mediabrands LATAM, President of UM Latin America, President of Worldmarkets, and Global President of Thrive.

Following Suarez’s departure, UM has opted not to appoint a new global CEO. Instead, the agency is redistributing leadership responsibilities across its regional executives. Susan Kingston-Brown, UM’s global brand president, and Carlos Rojas Girao, regional CEO of IPG Mediabrands LATAM, will now take on expanded roles as part of the agency’s new structure.
