A recent collaboration between The Viral Fever and Infosys has showcased how strong storytelling and shared vision can create impactful digital campaigns. The partnership delivered two distinct reel campaigns, one focused on hiring engineering freshers and the other centred around Women’s Day, each exploring different narratives while staying rooted in relatability and authenticity.
The hiring campaign, built around a 21 LPA opportunity, tapped into the aspirations of young engineers stepping into the professional world. It captured their excitement, uncertainty, and ambitions in a way that felt real and accessible to its target audience. In contrast, the Women’s Day campaign highlighted themes of confidence, individuality, and gender equity at the workplace, presenting a meaningful narrative while keeping the storytelling engaging and grounded.
In a LinkedIn post, TVF said, "Great stories come alive when there’s a shared vision, and our recent collaboration with Infosys was a perfect example of that. Working together on two distinct reel campaigns, one focused on a hiring opportunity for engineering freshers, and the other around Women's Day celebrations, gave us the opportunity to explore diverse storytelling lenses while staying rooted in relatability".
Here's the LinkedIn post:
"A special thank you to the Infosys team, not just for their trust, but for being deeply involved partners throughout the journey. From bringing a strong clarity of purpose to championing ideas that stayed true to their brand ethos, the collaboration was driven by a shared intent to create communication that is both impactful and authentic. Their openness and constant support made the entire process seamless and truly rewarding", the TVF post added.
The collaboration stood out for its seamless execution and shared intent. The Infosys team played an active role throughout the process, bringing clarity of purpose and supporting ideas aligned with their brand ethos. Backed by TVF’s creative storytelling approach, the campaigns struck the right balance between insight and execution, resulting in communication that felt both authentic and impactful.
