OneAssist names Abhishek Maheshwari as Chief Executive Officer

OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. announced the appointment of Abhishek Maheshwari as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1, 2025. This marks the beginning of a bold new chapter as OneAssist looks to grow and redefine its range of consumer assistance and protection solutions for India’s next 100 million households.

Maheshwari brings over two decades of experience in scaling consumer-focused businesses across technology, media, and education sectors. His previous leadership roles include CEO of Aakash Educational Services, where he successfully led digital transformation and growth initiatives, and Country Head of The Walt Disney Company India, where he managed diverse brand portfolios and implemented transformative growth strategies.

As CEO, Maheshwari will be responsible for overall business, strategy and P&L delivery, leading OneAssist’s expansion into new categories, untapped markets and geographies. He will also accelerate the company’s adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) - from customer experience to ai-led products and service delivery automation- to make its solutions faster, smarter, and more relevant for today’s consumers. Abhishek will join OneAssist’s Board of Directors.
