Over the last two decades, Mittersain has led Nazara Technologies through an evolving digital ecosystem, expanding its presence across 100+ countries and delivering gaming content to over 100 million monthly active users. As Founder and CEO, his focus on business development, customer relationship management, and strategic growth has been central to creating value not just for shareholders, but for a broad and dynamic network of partners, creators, and gamers.

While gaming remains at the heart of his work, Mittersain’s contributions extend beyond the boardroom. He serves as Managing Director of Nazara Group and is actively involved in the social sector as a trustee at the Dr. B. K. Goyal Heart Foundation and the Dhanvantari Awards Foundation. He is also a founding member of The/Nudge Institute, a non-profit focused on poverty alleviation and social progress. Through his role on the board of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) South Asia, Mittersain engages with fellow leaders to exchange insights on entrepreneurship and leadership in a rapidly changing business environment.

An alumnus of Bennett University, where he was awarded an honorary doctorate for his contributions to the gaming industry, Mittersain also holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics.
