Ishan Kishan has decided to take a new professional direction, parting ways with RISE Management to be represented by his own dedicated team. The Indian wicketkeeper-batter will now manage all aspects of his off-field career in-house, including brand endorsements, media relations and commercial partnerships.

The move signals Kishan’s intent to take greater control of his professional journey while maintaining focus on his on-field performance and long-term growth in cricket. By moving away from a traditional talent management structure, he joins a growing number of athletes seeking more personalised and agile management models.
RISE Worldwide Ltd, a Reliance Industries venture focused on sports and lifestyle, operates with a dedicated leadership team managing talent representation and commercial partnerships for some of India’s top athletes. Its marquee roster includes Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer and Krunal Pandya, alongside emerging talents such as Tilak Varma.
Kishan’s decision comes at a time when athlete management structures are evolving, with players increasingly opting for in-house teams and bespoke arrangements to align their sporting priorities with commercial objectives.
