Crayons Advertising Limited has clarified that it is currently not required to file quarterly corporate governance reports. The company conveyed this information to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 2 April 2026.
According to the company, Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, mandates quarterly corporate governance reporting, but the provision does not apply to all listed companies.
Crayons Advertising noted that under Regulation 15(2)(b), companies whose shares are listed on the SME platform, such as NSE Emerge, are exempt from certain corporate governance requirements. As a result, the company is not currently obliged to submit quarterly corporate governance reports.
The company further explained that this exemption falls under SEBI regulations covering provisions from Regulation 17 to 27 and related requirements.
However, the company assured that it will comply with all relevant regulations within six months once they become applicable.
Kunal Lalani, Founder and Chairman of Crayons Advertising, requested NSE to record this information and take necessary action.
