- The Coca-Cola Company is considering a public listing of Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (HCCH) in India, targeting 2027 for the potential listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India.
- Initial preparations for the listing are currently underway following a transaction in July 2025, where Jubilant Bhartia Group acquired a 40% stake in HCCH.
- Sanket Ray, President of The Coca-Cola Company for India and Southwest Asia, stated that the listing will position HCCB for continued growth under Jubilant Bhartia Group's leadership.
- Jubilant Bhartia Group's leaders expressed enthusiasm about the public listing, aiming to create value for shareholders while continuing their partnership with The Coca-Cola Company.
The Coca-Cola Company has announced that it is exploring a public listing in India of Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (HCCH), the parent company of the largest Coca-Cola bottler in India, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (HCCB), in 2027.
Initial preparations are underway for a potential listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India.
In July 2025, The Coca-Cola Company completed a transaction in which Jubilant Bhartia Group acquired a 40% stake in HCCH.
