Glasxperts aspires to be in the glass supplying business wherein it will supply high quality glass to homes and corporate. A freshly minted company, it will provide all kinds of superior glass. Glasexperts is headquartered in Delhi.
Mudra Connext, a unit of Mudra MAX (Integrated Communications Planning & Implementation) has been chosen to handle the media mandate for travel portal Travelguru. The account size is estimated at upwards of Rs 10 crore and the operations will be carried out of the agency’s Mumbai office.
A Solution has many names from 360 degree Communication to Media surround and so on. These could all mean different things to different people. A media planner may look at ‘other media’ to deliver the incremental reach that would have plateaued in traditional media. A buyer could look at Solutions as a means to do innovative stuff which may not be possible in expensive mass media vehicles. A brand manager would look at supplementing the mass media activity with digital media in order to ensure ticks in check-boxes of things to do. While these may very well be part of a Solution, Arpita Menon writes that, none of them completely define a Solution.
MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) has invited sealed bids from the outdoor agencies, for leasing out the commercial rights to display advertisements on 15 FOBs (foot over bridges) on Eastern and Western Express highways in Mumbai. The tender has been divided in two packages. The package one consists of six FOBs located on Eastern Express Highway and package two consists of nine FOBs on Western Express Highway.
The Indian Readership Survey (IRS), which until last year was released on a half yearly basis, would now be available every quarter. Certain sections of the industry feel that this is a good move but should at the same time be able to offer more on data quality. The publishers' side strongly argues that the IRS' focus should be on data accuracy, rather than frequency.
