Sanjeev Kumar Shukla quits Muthoot Pappachan Group
He led marketing for close to three years at the conglomerate
Sanjeev Kumar Shukla has quit as the Chief Marketing Officer of Muthoot Pappachan Group. He led the Marketing & Corporate Communications for the Kerala-based conglomerate for close to three years. His next professional move is yet to be disclosed.
Shukla says, “Now after almost three decades of maddening pace, I am using the pandemic as a natural break and pari passu, looking at professionally pristine opportunities."
Shukla has close to three decades of work experience, with around 19 years in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Muthoot Pappachan Group, he held the position of General Manager & Head – Marketing at Hero MotoCorp where he led the transition of the brand Hero Honda Motors to Hero MotoCorp. In his earlier stints, he worked with Ford Motor India where he was Head-Marketing for the country.
His corporate journey started with Hyundai Motor India as the Founding member of the Korean Chaebol for India and as the first, Founder Marketing Lead. Shukla led the launch of Hyundai Motor in India. Early on in his career, he has worked in the advertising world, with agencies J. Walter Thompson & Saatchi & Saatch
