Nominations open for ‘Fittest 40 Over 40’ celebrating India’s fittest biz leaders

Right Shift, a wellness-forward platform by ITC, in collaboration with BW Businessworld, India’s leading business media group, has opened nominations for the first-ever edition of Fittest 40 Over 40, a pioneering platform that celebrates India’s fittest, most inspiring business leaders over the age of 40. These leaders embody strength, balance and purpose in both the boardroom and life.

In a high-performance corporate world, fitness is emerging as a cornerstone of leadership. Fittest 40 Over 40 will spotlight those who lead not only with intellect and innovation, but also with discipline, endurance, and a deep commitment to personal wellbeing. This is the first initiative of its kind to acknowledge holistic leadership that integrates body, mind, and business.

Nominations are invited for:

• Based in India or leading Indian operations of global firms
• Individuals actively pursuing a sustained wellness or fitness regime
• Those whose personal journeys can inspire others to lead healthier, more conscious lives

Nominations may be self-submitted or peer-nominated and will be followed by a detailed evaluation covering lifestyle patterns, fitness indicators, and leadership impact.
