Prime Time Awards: Sam Singh of Group M to chair the jury
Fifth edition of exchange4media’s annual Prime Time Awards that honours the best television campaigns of the year will be held in Mumbai on January 31
There are select awards that recognise the television medium in terms of advertising campaigns. Prime Time Awards, an initiative by exchange4media, aims to recognise the excellent work done by brands, agencies and broadcasters on TV campaigns. The fifth edition of the awards is scheduled to take place on January 31 at the ITC Maratha in Mumbai.
Launched in 2014, Prime Time Awards is one of the leading platforms to crown the absolute standard of creative excellence for television commercials. Television advertising involves two main tasks: creating a television advertisement that meets broadcast standards and placing the advertisement on television via a targeted air time media buy that reaches the desired customer.
The awards offer creative advertising and media agencies a unique opportunity to showcase the best of their work for the period October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018, recognising the talent expertise and hard work that goes behind a brilliant campaign. The awards will be bestowed under four categories namely—Creative, Media, Broadcasters, Excellence Awards.
The Jury meet has been scheduled for January 22. Sameer Singh, CEO, South Asia Operations, Group M, is the Jury Chair this year.
