The NCLT Mumbai bench has dismissed an insolvency plea against Dentsu Communication India, according to media reports.
The bench cited a lack of evidence against the accusation of fraudulent transactions.
Dentsu Communication has been accused of Rs 5.42 crore.
The tribunal said that there has been no evidence regarding goods being delivered to the corporate debtor.
Dentsu's counsel said the transactions in question were carried out by former employees without approval.
