Havells India has reported a 20.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net revenue for the fourth quarter of FY25, reaching Rs 6,532 crore, up from Rs 5,434 crore in Q4 FY24.
The advertising and promotion spend stood at Rs 142 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a 7.7% increase over the Rs 132 crore spent in the same quarter last year. However, it marked a notable sequential decline from Rs 178 crore in Q3 FY25.
Net profit for the quarter rose 16.4% YoY to Rs 522 crore, compared to Rs 449 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. On a sequential basis, the bottom line more than doubled from Rs 283 crore in Q3 FY25, indicating a strong operational performance.
Out of the total revenue, the cables segment led the charge with a 21.2% YoY rise in revenue to Rs 2,169 crore, supported by capacity expansion and commodity price inflation. Lloyd Consumer saw the highest YoY growth among all segments at 39.5%, clocking Rs 1,870 crore, reflecting continued growth momentum.
Beyond numbers, the brand roped in Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan to serve as brand ambassadors for the South Indian market in March 2025. Their collaboration with Havells is poised to unlock the immense potential of the South Indian market. In January 2025, the brand also unveiled two campaigns featuring actor Vicky Kaushal. These campaigns shine a spotlight on Havells' innovative grooming kit for men, delivering the powerful message: #TakeChargeofYourLook.
“Conceptualized by 82.5 Communications, the campaign reflects Havells commitment to offering advanced grooming solutions that enable consumers to take control of their style with confidence," said their press release.
