Dhondy began his career at Lintas, where he spent nearly nine years, before moving to HTA/JWT for another four years. In 1995, he became one of the youngest CEOs in the Indian advertising industry when he took charge of ANTHEM and later helped transform it into TBWA Anthem.
He later served as CEO of Percept’s multifaceted business operations before moving into entrepreneurship. For more than two decades, he has led Creatigies Communications, focusing on strategic communications, sports marketing and media partnerships.
Over the years, Dhondy has worked on Indian brands across multiple international markets, including the UK, South America and Sri Lanka. He is also known within the industry for his contributions as a columnist, speaker and commentator on advertising and marketing trends.
