The advertising and marketing industry is undergoing a period of rapid change, with new technologies, formats and consumer behaviours reshaping the ecosystem. In such an environment, young professionals are increasingly playing an important role in defining how the industry evolves.
IMPACT 30 Under 30—a flagship event of IMPACT Magazine— has, over the years, become a platform to recognise emerging talent from across India’s A&M ecosystem. This year marks the 12th edition of the awards, which continue to spotlight the next generation of leaders in advertising.
This year’s list, like previous editions, features professionals from a range of backgrounds and agencies, along with entrepreneurs who have built businesses of their own. The final cohort includes 16 women and 14 men.
The jury for the 12th edition was chaired by Prasoon Joshi, Chairman, Omnicom Advertising, and co-chaired by Dr Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-chief, e4m & BW Businessworld. The selected professionals have worked across creative, media, digital, influencer marketing, content and performance marketing, among other areas. Several have been involved in campaigns that extend beyond commercial objectives and address broader social issues.
