BARC Week 11: Honda Activa 4G leads Top 10 Brands
News18 Rising Summit entered the category at the fifth spot
The BARC data for Week 11 of Top 10 Brands (March 10-16, 2018) shows the Japanese automaker, Honda Activa 4G lead the category with 15,245 insertions while Lizol and Videocon D2H maintained their second and third spots with 14,462 and 14,020 insertions respectively. Previous week’s topper Harpic 10X slipped to the fourth spot with 11,448 insertions.
News18 Rising India Summit and Lalitha Jewellery entered the category at the fifth and sixth spot with 10,411 and 10,321 insertions respectively.
Trivago maintained its seventh spot with 10,307 insertions while The Department of Women and Child Development and Dettol Liquid Soap slipped to the eighth and ninth spot with 9863 and 9367 insertions respectively. Dettol Antiseptic Liquid entered the list at the tenth spot with 9319 insertions.
In the same week on BARC's Top 10 Advertisers, FMCG brands Reckitt Benckiser India, Hindustan Lever and Procter & Gamble continued to dominate the category with 1,10,173, 99,405 and 30,727 insertions respectively. ITC Ltd climbed to the fourth spot with 28,228 insertions.
Cadbury India and Colgate Palmolive India slipped to fifth and seventh spot with 26,643 and 18,437 insertions respectively.
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter Ltd. entered the category at sixth spot with 23,156 insertions. Coca Cola India and SBS Biotech maintained its eighth and ninth spot with 16,518 and 15,971 insertions respectively. Super Cassettes Industries made an arrival after a hiatus at the tenth spot with 15,742 insertions.
