Industry stalwart Meenu Handa moves on from Google after a decade-long stint as Vice President, Communications. She joined Google in 2016 as Director, Corporate Communications.

Handa is a strategic C-suite trusted adviser and business leader with expertise in Communications, Public Affairs, and Crisis & Issues Management. She first stepped into the world of communications on October 1, 1990, joining IPAN. In over three decades, she has worked with four leading organizations, including IPAN, Microsoft, and Google.

Bidding goodbye to Google, Handa shared a heartfelt LinkedIn post reflecting on her 35-year journey in the communications realm, “Today, exactly 35 years later, as I change the pace of my life, I look back at these years with deep fulfillment and gratitude. Gratitude for the opportunities that came my way, the companies I worked with, the brilliant teams I worked alongside, and the trust of the finest leaders and founders around the world. I walk away with a set of experiences that are beyond what I could have ever imagined.”

When asked about her plans post-retirement, she responded, “But what will you do? What’s the plan?" And my answer is: “That is exactly the plan—there is no plan.”
