Kunal Kishore, Managing Director and Chairman of Value 360, celebrates his birthday today. For Kishore, this birthday comes at an interesting point in a journey that has spanned more than two decades in communications. The company he helped build, Value 360 Communications, is now listed on NSE Emerge, while its latest numbers show a business that is growing not just in scale but also in profitability.
The company reported revenue of ₹68.96 crore for FY26, up 26.4% year-on-year. EBITDA rose 59.9% to ₹19.17 crore, while profit after tax crossed ₹10 crore for the first time. For Kishore, though, the numbers seem to matter for a reason beyond the celebration.
The listing in May has added another dimension to that journey. Value 360 became the first listed integrated communications consultancy, putting the economics of a PR business under public scrutiny. Kishore has described it as a benchmark for the industry, perhaps because it turns something that was once largely discussed within boardrooms into something the market can now measure.
There is also a certain symmetry to the moment. Kishore started his career in a communications industry built heavily around journalists, media relationships and corporate reputation. Today, the business spans digital, content, influencers and newer forms of brand communication. The launch of ClanConnect in 2020 was part of that shift, coming as creator marketing was beginning to become a serious part of the brand playbook.
His role has changed too. With Atul Sharma taking over as CEO earlier this year, Kishore has moved further towards shaping the broader direction of the organisation rather than being involved in every operational decision. At the same time, as President of PRCAI for the 2025-27 term, he remains closely involved in conversations about where the communications industry is headed.
That is why this year is not simply about another birthday for a communications veteran. It comes at a moment when the company he spent years building has entered a new phase, and the industry around him is changing almost as quickly as it did when he first started.
