Dhingra started her professional journey as a Public Relations Executive at Mileage Communications Pvt. Ltd. Over the years, she has built a remarkable career in public relations, strategic communications, and brand storytelling, helping businesses, founders, and change makers communicate with clarity, credibility, and purpose.

After her successful stints in the agency and brand world, she established Lateral Sutraa, she has led, an independent consultancy known for its 360° integrated communication approach. In the past 12 years under her leadership, the firm has worked with a diverse set of clients from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies across sectors like AI & Deep Tech, Cybersecurity, FinTech, AdTech, Telecom, E-commerce, Media, VC Funds, and Social Impact, among others and has delivered over 300 successful campaigns for 100+ brands.

In 2022, Mamta followed her passion for storytelling and inspiring conversations and launched UnBound with Mamtaa, a podcast that explores human stories of self-discovery, resilience, and reinvention.
