Apoorva Nijhara joins MiPhi Semiconductors as Head - Communications & PR

Apoorva Nijhara has joined MiPhi Semiconductors Private Limited and Bhagwati Products Limited as Senior Lead, Head – Communications & PR, where she will lead integrated communications and public relations for both organisations.

In her new role, Nijhara will drive corporate communications, executive positioning, media relations, thought leadership, corporate reputation, industry engagement and strategic storytelling across India's semiconductor, AI infrastructure, memory, storage and electronics manufacturing ecosystem. She will also work closely with the leadership team to shape corporate narratives, strengthen stakeholder relationships, enhance visibility across media and industry platforms, and position both organisations at the forefront of India's expanding deep-tech and manufacturing landscape.

Announcing the appointment, Nijhara shared that the move marks a new phase in her professional journey after stints across journalism, healthcare, insurance and technology.

On her appointment, she said, “India's semiconductor story is entering a defining phase. It's no longer just about manufacturing. It's about building technology, intellectual property and globally competitive capabilities. I'm excited to join MiPhi Semiconductors, the joint venture between Micromax and Phison, and contribute to building narratives around India's growing semiconductor and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
