Adfactors PR has elevated Nikita Sarwara to Senior Vice President, recognising her contribution to the firm’s growth and her expanding leadership role across business development, strategic expansion, partnerships and client growth.
Nikita has been with Adfactors PR for the past five years, where she has worked across businesses and sectors, building strategic relationships and developing opportunities for the firm. In her expanded role, she will focus on driving new business, identifying strategic growth opportunities, developing partnerships and deepening relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Her elevation comes at an important point in Adfactors PR’s own evolution. Over the past few months, the firm has strengthened its ambition to build a broader, more integrated communications and reputation platform—most recently through its acquisition of a majority stake in Australian communications consultancy SenateSHJ, expanding its presence and capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region. These moves reflect a communications landscape where reputation, influence, content, digital communities and business strategy are increasingly converging. Nikita’s expanded mandate will contribute to translating these opportunities into new businesses, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth for Adfactors PR.
Nikita brings over two decades of experience across hospitality, business development and strategic communications. Before joining Adfactors PR, she spent nearly a decade with Value360 Communications, progressing through senior business development and leadership roles. She began her career in hospitality, holding key positions across IHCL Hotels, Radisson Edwardian and Golden Tulip Hospitality.
Her cross-industry experience has given her a distinctly commercial and relationship-led approach to communications—combining an understanding of businesses and brands with the ability to build long-term partnerships and identify new opportunities.
Commenting on her elevation, Nikita Sarwara said, “This elevation is both a recognition of the journey so far and a responsibility for what comes next. My career has taken me across hospitality, business development and communications, but the common thread has always been people, relationships and the ability to create opportunities. Adfactors has been an extraordinary institution of learning for me over the last five years, and I am excited about bringing that learning to the next phase of growth—building new businesses, creating meaningful partnerships and contributing to the continued evolution of the institution.”
Nikita’s elevation adds to Adfactors PR’s senior leadership as the firm continues to expand its capabilities, client relationships and international footprint. Its recent moves into Australia and creator-led marketing come alongside continued growth across its established corporate, financial and strategic communications practices.
