Zee Media Corporation Limited (ZMCL) bid a farewell to Mona Jain, the Chief Revenue Officer and Pooja Duggal, the Chief Human Resources Officer on September 30, 2024.

At Zee Media, Jain was responsible for the revenue mandate of the network, focusing on linear and digital. She also oversaw branded content led pitches to advertisers which are contextual and relevant to their category.

Prior to this, Jain was associated with ABP as their Chief Revenue Officer.

Jain was Executive Vice President, AD Sales at Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd. (ZEEL) for six years before joining ABP Network in November 2019.

Duggal brought more than 20 years of extensive experience in HR management across a range of sectors to Zee Media when she arrived in May 2023. September 15, 2024, was her last day of employment at ZMCL.

Duggal was in charge of spearheading Zee Media's HR strategy while she was employed there, with an emphasis on organisational development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Her leadership was focused on bringing the HR department into line with the company's overarching objectives and encouraging an innovative, inclusive, and growing culture.

Both the departures came amidst a period of significant churn within the organisation.
