Angela Zepeda has resigned as global marketing lead for X formerly known as Twitter. The development is reflected in her LinkedIn profile. She appraently moved on in February 2026.
Zepeda took up the role in September 2024. The role had been lying vacant ever since Elon Musk took over X in 2022.
Zepeda joined X from Hyundai, where she was the Chief Marketing Officer for five years before becoming the Chief Creative Officer.
She is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience, building a career on consumer-centric campaigns that build brands and drive business results, and is an expert in online and digital marketing.
Zepeda is an ad industry and communications veteran having worked for companies like Innocean, Lowe Campbell Ewald and TBWA.
