Xpheno, a staffing company, has appointed Sunil Nair as Head of Growth – IT and ER&D Staffing, effective August 4, 2025.

In his new role at Xpheno, Sunil will spearhead efforts to expand market share, explore new industry domains, and drive sustainable growth through strategic client engagement. His roadmap includes building a strong, future-ready client portfolio aligned with Xpheno’s vision of delivering exceptional talent solutions in the IT and engineering sectors.

A seasoned professional in the recruitment and talent solutions industry, Sunil brings over 20 years of proven expertise in building high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and delivering strong business outcomes for marquee IT clients, stated a press release.

Prior to joining Xpheno, Sunil excelled at building productive sales teams, optimizing strategies, and managing high-tech client relationships with his previous organizations, such as TeamLease, Careernet, and Kelly Services.

He spent a significant part of his career at VARITE INC, where he served as Associate Director of Sales & Business Development for about seven years, contributing to revenue growth, building high-performing teams for IT clients, and effectively resolving escalations. His tenure at Wiley India saw him earn global recognition as a top performer for expanding key accounts and delivering strategic value to enterprise clients.

"Sunil has a strong acumen in the Supplier and partnership field, the same Xpheno as an organization wants to enhance. Plus his 20 years of expertise in the recruitment, IT and client side of the IT & ER&D field puts the cherry on top. His addition to the Xpheno family will ensure an overall increased headcount of Tech professionals around the client’s domain, which ultimately will impact our ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) positively," said the company.
