Wingify appoints Sahil Sharma as Global Chief People Officer

Wingify, a technology company, has appointed Sahil Sharma as Global Chief People Officer. In this role, Sahil will work closely with CEO Sparsh Gupta and the leadership team to build the organization, culture and leadership capability that will support Wingify’s next phase of global scale.

Wingify brings together VWO and AB Tasty to offer agentic experience optimization platform to businesses worldwide. The combined business serves more than 4,000 customers, generates over $100 million in annual revenue and employs around 750 people across 11 offices in North America, LATAM, Europe and APAC. With around 90% of its business coming from the US and Europe, the company is focused on building a unified global organization while retaining the strengths and expertise of both businesses.

Sahil brings 17 years of experience across people strategy, organizational development, talent management and large scale global HR transformation. Most recently he was Group Chief Human Resources Officer at RateGain, where he built and ran the people function globally as the business scaled past a $300 million revenue run rate and listed on the Indian stock exchanges. Before that he spent time at IndiaMART through its highest growth phase. His experience spans B2B SaaS, internet marketplaces and US healthcare, and includes building teams across countries and cultures and bringing organizations together after mergers and acquisitions.
