IDFC FIRST Bank has named Shreepad Shende as its new Chief Marketing Officer, following the departure of TV Narayan. With more than seven years at IDFC FIRST Bank, Shende steps into his new role overseeing the bank’s branding, communications, and customer engagement efforts.
Shende joined IDFC FIRST Bank in September 2019 as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, a role he held for over two years. He later took on expanded responsibilities as Head of Business Excellence and Corporate Strategy.
Prior to joining IDFC FIRST Bank, Shende held senior marketing positions at Nokia and spent close to 12 years at ICICI Bank in various leadership roles. His earlier career also includes stints at Tata AIG Life Insurance and HDFC Bank.
