Robin Thadathil named Head of Human Resources at P&G India

Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited has announced a change in its senior management. Srinivas Maruthi Patnam, Head of Human Resources, will step down with effect from March 31, 2026.
The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing that Patnam is leaving the organisation to pursue other interests.
Robin Thadathil will assume charge as Head of Human Resources from 1 April 2026. He brings more than 16 years of experience with P&G across markets including Singapore, the United States and Southeast Asia.
In his most recent role, Thadathil led Human Resources for the Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam businesses, and also held regional HR responsibilities. Since joining the company in 2010, he has worked across commercial, operations and human resources functions.
