Publicis Sapient has named Rahul Dubey as its North America Chief Growth Officer.

Based in New York, Dubey will lead the company's North America growth team and oversee cross-industry business development initiatives. He will report to Publicis Sapient CEO Nigel Vaz.

Dubey joins Publicis Sapient from Persistent Systems, where he served as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to that, he held senior commercial leadership roles at Mphasis and Xoriant.

"Enterprises are no longer asking whether to transform with AI — they're asking how fast and with whom," said Nigel Vaz, CEO of Publicis Sapient. "Rahul has spent his career building the kind of hunter-led, account-deepening growth engine we need to meet that demand, and he understands how to translate complex platform capabilities into commercial outcomes. As we scale our people + products model — pairing Sapient Slingshot, Sapient Bodhi and Sapient Sustain with the depth of our teams — Rahul will be central to how we show up for clients, win in the market and define the next chapter of growth in North America."

Oh his appointment, Dubey said: "What drew me to Publicis Sapient is the rare combination you don't often find in this industry: proprietary AI platforms built on three decades of enterprise context, paired with people who actually know how to put them to work inside the world's most complex businesses."

"Clients in North America are navigating real pressure to modernize faster, deploy AI responsibly, and prove value quarter over quarter. That's the conversation I want to be in. I'm here to build the relationships, open the doors, and put our people and products to work on the problems that matter most to our clients."
