Senior journalist Pratima Sharma has begun her new tenure as editor of Live Hindustan, the news website of the Hindustan Times Group.
Previously, Pratima Sharma served as editor of Moneycontrol Hindi, a business news website of the Network18 Group. There, she played a key role in content strategy and digital expansion.
Previously, this position was held by Prabhash Jha, who resigned about three months ago and joined the Times Group.
Pratima Sharma has over 17 years of experience in the media sector. She has established a strong reputation in content planning, editing, and team management.
She has previously worked with prestigious organizations such as Amar Ujala and The Economic Times Hindi.
She earned her bachelor's degree from Patna Women's College and a master's degree in history from Delhi University. She also holds a PG Diploma in print journalism from the YMCA in Delhi.
