Pidilite Industries has appointed Suresh Kumar C as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective 21 July 2026.
The appointment was approved by the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on the same day.
Suresh Kumar C was serving as Co-CHRO at Pidilite Industries and has been associated with the company for over 33 years. During his tenure, he has handled key areas including human resources, organisation development and strategic initiatives.
Additionally, Ashish Prasad, the current Chief Human Resource Officer, will move into the role of Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Strategic Initiatives. He will continue as part of the company's senior management team.
