Omnicom has named Jantzen Bridges as Global President of Credera, its enterprise transformation consulting arm. In her new role, Bridges will lead Credera’s service and delivery approach and work closely with senior business leaders on large-scale transformation initiatives powered by artificial intelligence.

With Bridges at the helm, Omnicom aims to further strengthen its ability to support companies as they update their business models, improve how their marketing and sales teams operate, and drive long-term revenue and customer growth.

While Omnicom is widely known for its strengths in creativity, media, and commerce, Credera operates at the enterprise level to build the systems that support these capabilities. The consultancy focuses on areas such as data and cloud infrastructure, technology integration, governance frameworks, and workflow design. Its work helps businesses gain better insights, make smarter decisions, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall performance.

Commenting on the appointment, Omnicom Chairman and CEO John Wren said that as AI continues to change how businesses grow and compete, clients are looking for more than traditional marketing services. They need support in rethinking their technology, data, and operating models. He added that Bridges’ leadership enhances Omnicom’s ability to combine consulting expertise with creative and media scale to deliver real business results.

Bridges brings over 20 years of experience from global consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom Consulting, and EY. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies on complex, technology-driven transformations across marketing, sales, customer service, commerce, and operations. Most recently, she was a founding principal at EY Studio+, where she helped organisations redesign their growth strategies using AI-led platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow.

Known for her holistic approach, Bridges focuses on aligning business goals, technology, and people to create sustainable impact. Her work helps organisations move away from isolated transformation efforts towards integrated models that boost productivity, enhance customer experience, and use AI in a responsible way.

Welcoming her to the team, Justin Bell, Global CEO of Credera, said Bridges brings a strong mix of large-scale transformation experience and a people-first view of technology. He added that her appointment strengthens Credera’s position as a trusted partner for leaders navigating growth, marketing, and operations in an AI-driven environment.
