Senior media professional Mohit Sharma has returned to Zee Media as Branch Head (North) and joined Zee News as National Head.
Mohit Sharma previously served as National Sales Head at Zee Media. He ended his 14-year tenure there and joined NDTV Network as Branch Head in April 2024. However, his tenure there lasted only nine months. After this, Mohit Sharma joined the Times Group as Vice President (Sales), from where he has now resigned and returned to Zee Media.
Mohit Sharma has extensive experience in media sales and business development. Throughout his career, he has developed long-term business relationships with various advertising agencies and corporate clients.
Prior to his stint at Zee Media, Mohit Sharma was associated with the ETV Media Group as an Assistant Manager from November 2006 to November 2009. During his three-year tenure there, he played a key role in the regional market of Karnataka for corporate clients.
Additionally, he briefly served as Regional Manager at Gamma Trade International, overseeing regional management from Singapore and expanding the distribution network.
Mohit Sharma started his professional career with Amar Ujala Publications Limited, where he served as a senior officer for about six years from June 1999 to June 2005.
