Landmark Group appointed Bobby Kuramdas as Vice President – Sales & Strategy at Landmark GOC. In his new role, Bobby will drive sales performance, lead market expansion, and work with teams to strengthen execution and customer engagement.
Bobby brings over 20 years of cross-sector experience across luxury residential real estate and airline operations. His 16 years of experience in the real estate market has shaped his strong command over market-driven sales strategy, HNI relationship management, business planning, and execution-led operational excellence.
Before joining Landmark, Bobby held senior leadership roles at Prime Developments, Conscient Infrastructure, Krisumi Corporation, Alpha Corp, Vatika, and Kingfisher Airlines. His experience includes managing large-format residential launches, strengthening channel networks, and nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
