Krishan Bhatia has shared the news of his departure from Amazon Ads as Vice President of Global Video Advertising & Partnerships. He had joined the company in 2024.
Bhatia played a key role in expanding Amazon's global video advertising business. He oversaw sales efforts across the company's portfolio of streaming TV and digital video platforms, including Prime Video, Live Sports, Twitch, and third-party content partnerships.
In a LinkedIn post Bhatia wrote, “It has been a privilege to create and lead the Global Video Advertising & Partnerships organization, and I am incredibly proud of the industry-leading team that is now in place and will continue to build the business.”
Before his appointment at Amazon Ads, Bhatia was associated with NBCUniversal as President & Chief Business Officer, Global Advertising & Partnerships. He joined the company in 2011 as EVP - Business Operations & Strategy. Bhatia played a key role in shaping NBCUniversal’s digital media strategy, launching the ad-supported streaming platform Peacock, building out its advertising technology infrastructure, and more.
Bhatia serves on the Global Board of the MMA. He has previously held board positions with OpenAP, TVScientific, and Anzu.
