Joost Folkers has joined Mondelez International as VP- FP&A for the AMEA region. He shared the news of his new role through a LinkedIn post.
In his new role, Joost Folkers will be based in Singapore.
“After a rich 20-year career journey with Unilever, I am excited to start a new challenge with Mondelēz International as Vice President, FP&A for the AMEA region (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa), based out of Singapore”, the LinkedIn post read.
Expressing excitement on his new role, Joost Folkers said, “It is a great opportunity to be part of a company that’s shaping the future of snacking around the world. Thanks to Pratyush M., Kris Giswold Vitus Alig for the trust and warm welcome. Looking forward to the journey ahead”.
Prior to this, Joost Folkers was with Unilever for 20 years. He last held the role of VP Finance - CFO Unilever Ice Cream Europe & Unilever Netherlands at the company.
