- Shamsher Singh has been appointed as Managing Editor – Digital (Hindi & Vernacular languages) at Times Network, reporting to Rohit Chadda, President and COO – Digital.
- He will be based in the Noida office, as confirmed by an internal communication from the network.
- Prior to joining Times Network, Singh served as Consulting Editor at Network18 Group and has held key editorial positions at various Hindi news outlets, including Aaj Tak, India TV, Zee Media, and Republic Bharat.
- Most recently, he was Editor-in-Chief at India Daily Live, where he managed newsroom operations and content strategy.
Shamsher Singh as Managing Editor – Digital (Hindi & Vernacular languages) at Times Network. Shamsher joins Times from Network18 Group, where he has been serving as Consulting Editor.
Singh began his career with Aaj Tak and went on to hold key editorial roles across leading Hindi news networks. Over the years, he has served as Political Editor at India TV and later moved to Zee Media, where he played a significant role in shaping the editorial direction of Zee Hindustan and several regional channels.
He also served as Managing Editor at Republic Bharat, where he was closely involved in steering editorial strategy and programming. Most recently, Singh was associated with India Daily Live as Editor-in-Chief, overseeing newsroom operations and content strategy.
