Times Network has announced a comprehensive restructuring of its news revenue team for FY27. Under the new structure, Edwin Crasto will be the Zonal Head of the new strategic growth vertical named Network Alliance, which will be led by Gaurav Dhawan, the CRO of Times Network. In this role, Edwin Crasto will report to Gaurav Dhawan.

As part of the restructuring, region heads including Prajit Menon of the West and Prateek Sharma who will look after North, will report to Edwin Crasto.

The strategic growth vertical named Network Alliance has been identified as a key driver of scale, incremental revenue and high margin for our business, focusing on media partnerships and smaller agency alliances across nation in volume, barter and brand capital opportunities, partnerships with print companies, increasing business from other Group B companies, expansion by tapping into new categories in IP and Brand Solutions.

Ashish Sehgal rejigs Times Network leadership structure

In an internal communication, Ashish Sehgal, CEO of Times TV Network and Chief Growth Officer of Times Media & Entertainment, highlighted that the evolving media landscape, rapid shifts in consumption patterns, and increasing pressure on brand effectiveness require teams to move faster and adopt a stronger customer-first mindset. The restructuring is designed to improve alignment, accountability, and collaboration across teams while unlocking new business opportunities, he said.
